MyEasy7.com is not a “bankruptcy petition preparer” as defined under 11 U.S.C. §110. We do not prepare for compensation a document for filing. MyEasy7.com Inc. is simply a tool designed to assist an individual in completing his or her own Bankruptcy documents.
MyEasy7.com is a debt relief agency. It helps people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
In consideration of use of the Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. In particular, you must (a) truthfully disclose all assets and liabilities as well as their replacement value; (b) accurately disclose your current monthly income. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, MyEasy7.com Inc. has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site. You should also be aware that failure to provide fully truthful information as required above could result in dismissal of your Bankruptcy case, or even criminal sanctions.
You agree not to resell or transfer the Site or use of or access to the Site. Each account will only be able to create one (1) Bankruptcy petition for you and your spouse (if applicable). If we discover that you are using this website to create more than one (1) Bankruptcy petition, or if we discover that you are using this website to complete Bankruptcy petitions for any individuals other than yourself, your access to this website will be immediately terminated, and you may be liable for additional charges.
Once you have created an account with this website, you will have access to this website for ninety (90) days. Once the ninety (90) day period is over, all the information you have provided on this website will be deleted, you will have to set up a new account, and pay for any services again.
